In the Tenant area, you can see the tenant ID and the associated e-mail address.
The tenant e-mail address is required as the target for Journaling rules.
You can activate authentication via the REDDOXX Cloud Connector in the tenant settings (pencil icon on the right).
This is then used to log in to the REDDOXX Cloud via the connected Cloud Connector.
Syncronize tenant is used to synchronize (depending on the type of REDDOXX Cloud created) either against the Cloud Connector or Microsoft M365, whereby users / groups / e-mail addresses and mailboxes are synchronized.
In the Status area, you can see whether the tenant is correctly connected and the authorizations are correct (depending on the REDDOXX Cloud, this refers either to the connection to Microsoft 365 or to the REDDOXX Cloud Connector).
Here you enter the address of the company and the billing address and can adjust them accordingly (using the pencil icon).
Attention, here you can delete the tenant, all associated data is then irrevocably removed.
API tokens are used to connect the REDDOXX Cloud Connector, for example.
The tokens can be created here with an automatic expiration date, between one month and two years.
It is recommended to assign a self-explanatory comment for each token.
If you delete a token from the list, please ensure that a new token is created beforehand and used by the connector, otherwise it will no longer be able to establish a connection.
