Currently, a completed subscription is not yet visualised by the onboarding process. This is a known bug that our development team is aware of (it has no effect on the actual completion of the subscription, which works correctly in the background).
There is currently a problem with the synchronization of MS 365 users. The creation of the tenant therefore takes significantly longer or aborts. We are already working on a solution to the problem.
Currently, users from groups are not iterated for the substitution authorizations. This function will be implemented with the next update.
